Visit from an Oracle

Today in social studies we had a visit from a mysterious fortune teller, known in ancient Greece as an Oracle. Students determined a question with their Polis groups and then had one member submit it to the Oracle. Here are some photos of the exciting process:

Yay for Kite Day!

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon of flying kites and playing outside. It was so awesome to see the students sharing, working together and problem solving! Apologies for any muddy clothes coming home, but I think your student will agree… it was worth it! 🙂
