Roxanne Turner graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and joined the Prairie Crossing staff in January 2014.  Ms. Turner’s classroom expectations branch from the single word: “respect”.  With respect for others’ ideas guiding the way, she is excited to collaborate with students and parents alike in order to build the strongest community possible. Focusing on positive learning experiences and personal growth is essential in her classroom. She plans to support students in accomplishing personal goals and aims to develop strong study skills, personal organization, and responsibility. Ms. Turner is passionate about caring for our planet and she has a personal goal to incorporate “natural learning” whenever possible. Fun fact: people may not know that Ms. Turner is a five time donor to Locks of Love!
