Mr. Rice has been teaching math for 9 years. One interesting thing people may not know about him is that he was a professional cheerleader for the Chicago Bulls (the incrediBULLS!). What gets Mr. Rice out of bed every morning is the fact that our children are the future of this country, and having the privilege to teach these kids everyday life skills is truly an honor he does not take for granted. What he likes most about PCCS is how sustainable we are and how much we do to preserve and protect the environment as much as possible, in ways that he hadn’t considered before. If Mr. Rice were 80 years old, he would tell his grandchildren: ‘Live as if you were going to die tomorrow, and learn as if you were to live forever.’ If he could be a superhero, he would pick Spider-Man because he is AWESOME! He loves the new movie.
