Advocate Children’s Hospital will provide free physical exams for school, physical exams for sports and vaccines at Mundelein High School Tuesday, July 30 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The exams are for those who have Medicaid or do not have insurance and are open to all Lake County residents – not just Mundelein students.
Free vaccines will be available for students from four to 18 years old. Appointments are not needed and students will be seen in the order of their arrival. All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and should bring their immunization record if available.
Children who receive a physical exam or vaccinations will receive a free backpack and school supplies courtesy of American Dream Realty of Mundelein. Other sponsors include Mano a Mano, Mundelein Latino Police Academy, Optimize chiropractic and Mundelein High School’s Universidad de Padres.
