March Farm to Table Menu

March’s Farm to Table will feature Bulgarian cuisine to follow up our Martenitsa celebration begun earlier in the month. Get ready for some traditional Bulgarian fare! Our Menu: Two grilled meat dishes, one with onions and one without, both using Bulgarian spices; Bulgarian cabbage roll, stuffed with rice and herbs; traditional Bulgarian pickled salad, with Bulgarian cheese, a vegetable puree, and traditional potato salad; Tutmanik, a feta cheese-based bread; and a traditional Bulgarian dessert sample.
