What a wonderful week in Ms. Hahn’s class! My favorite week of our time with the 3rd/4th graders is Native American week. The students get so many opportunities to be immersed in what life was like for the Native American people. Having our friend Skip telling stories, sharing artifacts, and cooking food is always a highlight.
On top of that, it was Teacher Appreciation week. The notes, drinks, flowers, treats, fruit, and the SCRIP certificate were all truly appreciated. Your kids have been a pleasure to teach this year and I look forward to having them for another year.
I have loaded all of the photos I took this week to the Gallery tab, so head over to see all of them. Down below are a few highlights from this fantastic week.
I can’t thank all of the parents enough for your help and appreciations this week. Whether you helped out with Native American week, joined us on the field trip, or sent something in, it helped me out so much. Ms. Hahn was out most of the week and I truly needed the help.
Well, if your kids read the posts to get Hawk’s Tickets, have them tell me my favorite part of Native American week. Answer: the pow wow
Thanks again for making this week special. Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms, I hope you enjoy your special day with your kids.
Have a great weekend!
