Dear parents,
It was very nice to see all your children after a hopefully relaxing holiday season! Students received their new literature circle book this week (Where the Red Fern Grows or Old Yeller; they should be reading this weekend and completing their first job in their packet. In Social Studies, students were introduced to our National Park research project, and their homework this weekend is to fill you in. Please see our webpage for specifics on the project.
The class spelling bee will take place on Thursday, 1/12. Students received a list of words to study this week; for additional study resources, you can create an account with a free program called Word Club.
