Hello and happy Friday,
Students have truly done a wonderful job this week! In social studies, parents may have been able to get in on the fun of our Greek Weeks choice board. I LOVED seeing so many students’ drawings, slideshows and cooking experiences. While we will be wrapping up our year in social studies next week with our final project, feel free to use the choice board whenever you’d like if you are still interested.
In ELA we’ve started the Hero’s Journey. Today students were assigned the task of…watching a movie?! Yes, students have been asked to write a movie essay (info here). If anyone is stuck on what to watch or feels that will not be possible, you can email me and we can make alternative plans. The essay is due this Thursday.
