Next week is Peace Week at PCCS. Both of the blog entries from next week will be giving the specifics of what we have been doing, but I wanted to take this time to give you a basic outline of the week. Each day will have a question the students will be exploring and responding to either in writing, pictures, or through some activity.
Here are the questions for each week:
Monday – What is peace? Why is it so important?
Tuesday – What are the barriers to peace?
Wednesday – How do we overcome barriers to peace? Who are some heroes for peace?
Thursday – How can I be a hero for peace in my school?
Friday – How can I be a hero for peace in my family, the community, and the world?
These are some difficult questions to answer. It will be interesting to see where everything takes us!
