Today the students got to work with a partner or independently to begin planning to give the class a survey. Students chose a question to ask that only had 2 options for answers. They also began making plan for how they will take the survey. In class we have used sticky notes, connecting cubes, and written the answers on a white board. The students can choose one of these or a different option for how they will collect their data. After students have collected their data they will decide how to show their results to the class with a poster. I’m excited to see what the survey results will be; The students are asking some interesting questions of each other!
