Today the students completed our January calendar page. We’ve been focusing on the fact that months have either 30 or 31 days, except for February. I’m excited to finally get to February next month so that we can talk about how many days are in that month!
We began a new unit today on measurement. Students measured objects in the classroom using connecting cubes. Tomorrow we’ll talk more specifically about good measuring techniques and we’ll also measure using 2 different units.
