Welcome to March in our classroom! It’s going to be a VERY busy month!!
We added 2 features to our nonfiction feature notebooks: map and subheading! Subheadings are very tricky to find, because they look like headings. However, we could check if they were subheadings by looking in the table of contents. Most table of contents lists headings, not subheadings, so if it is not in the table of contents it is probably a subheading!
We searched the school and took pictures of Green Design features, too! We’ll be making a class book with the features we found outside of the classroom later this week.
