Turner Tribune 10/13/17

Hello,

We hope students enjoyed this week’s exciting Social Studies event — Primitive Day! Please ask them what they thought of their experiences yesterday; spear-throwing and fire-making at school?! Only at PCCS. We also enjoyed the lovely October Farm-to-Table meal!

Also this week, both ELA classes were working on the closure to their literature circle novels: a character study in the form of an artifact bag. Please click here to review the requirements of this assignment, and here to view the suggested (not required) timeline to monitor progress. ELA B’s projects are due earlier because the project was introduced earlier in their class. Overall, this unit on characterization will be wrapping up the last week of the trimester, so it is essential to have the project completed on time. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!
