Hello families,
Thank you to all who have signed up for a student-attended conference next week. If you wish to prepare any questions, check out this Parent Guide to Middle School Conferences.
On Thursday, January 17th, we will be going on a field trip to the Field Museum, for a guided tour of their exhibit on Ancient Egypt, as well as to visit other exhibits relating to social studies and science curriculum. We will be eating lunch on site so please send a non-heat up, nut-free lunch that day. The cost for this field trip is $12.00, covering transportation. Please return permission & payment no later than Friday December 14th; you may send payment in an envelope/to the business office or pay via Credit Card online through Powerschool/Edutrak (a service fee will apply). Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Lastly, with the winter weather arriving already, please be sure your child dresses appropriately for going outside and has inside shoes/crocs/slippers to keep at school. Thank you so much!
