- On Friday students were given information about the final project for our Greek unit, their “festival” display. This project allows students to select an area of Ancient Greek culture that most interests them.
- Most students have selected their final project, and have begun to draft a plan for completion. There will be sporadic work time in class, but it is likely that at least part of this project will need to be completed outside of class. Planning sheets are due by Monday at the latest, and projects are due May 18th. Please encourage your child to use the provided rubric throughout the planning and creation of their project.
- We are also gearing up for a mini-Olympics session over the course of the next week in a half, where students will compete against other Polis groups in areas such as the straw throw, thumb war, etc.
