As you may know, the ISAT testing is now being replaced with PARCC. What is PARCC? PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) is a multi-subject assessment that is fully aligned to the K-12
Illinois Learning Standards in English language arts and mathematics and emphasize academic rigor, critical thinking, problem solving and college and career readiness for all students. We will be conducting several practice tests within the next month. The students will then take the official tests once in March and again in May. What do you need to know? How can you help your child prepare? Here are several websites that you can visit to get more information about the upcoming test. Take a few minutes to look over this information and please let me know if you have any questions.
