This week we had another visit from Mr. Troy of the Lake County Audubon Society. He took us on a bird count walk around the school campus to see what types of birds we could find. We found a lot of robins this time around. We also found some mourning doves, saw some geese, and also some barn swallows. We will be using the same sheet of paper we used this time around to go on a bird count walk at the Rollins Savannah later in the month. Make sure to ask your student what they saw!
