Welcome to the PCCS Music web page! Although this is not what we imagined for the beginning of the School Year, I am already SO proud of what the students have accomplished. We will get through this together! Students will need their Interactive Music Notebooks for many of our classes while we are learning remotely. These notebooks will help us stay on track and learn so many new concepts!

Curriculum:
As we continue our Music education at PCCS, we will continue creating and finding new outlets to express our creativity! We will learn more about rhythms, composing, the music staff, and even some exploration of different genres of music. My goal is to expose students to music that they might not normally listen to, and to give them as many opportunities to create their own as possible! I am looking forward to a great year!
Homework:
This year we will be using Google Classroom and a Specials Website with Bitmoji Classroom. Turning in work can be done via Google Classroom or through email. I want students whenever possible to advocate for themselves and encourage them to communicate with me on how to best accommodate their needs.
Attendance:
Since some classes (Kindergarten, 5th-8th Grade) are only being seen once a week it is important to be present and prompt to class. If there are any technical issues or conflicts that arise please email me or encourage your child to visit me during Office Hours to check in and get caught up.
