Frances Verenski started at PCCS in 2003 after learning about the school through babysitting several children in the neighborhood. Ms. Verenski holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has always had the desire to work with children and has had the opportunity to be an intern at Millburn school district, Lake County probation, and a foster care division of DCFS along with volunteering for an overnight Diabetic teen camp.
She loves to spend time outside, especially in her garden. She loves to see children explore their environment and learn from it. Something people might not know about Ms. Verenski is that she loves to bake. Her favorite quote is by Charles Schulz, “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.”
