Steve Heroux has worked as a manager in the Food Service industry for more than 15 years, most recently leading the team at the opening of the Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Gurnee, Illinois. A passionate leader, Steve has built his career on staying ahead of the curve and anticipating the needs of everyone he serves. In the non-profit realm, Steve has directed and taught hundreds of kids ages 8-18, bringing full-scale theatrical productions to life with various producing organizations around the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and Southeastern Wisconsin. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bradley University in 2006, earning both a degree in Theatre Performance and Vocal Music. Since 2012, he has been proud to call Gurnee home, with his wife Melanie, and his two children, both PCCS Students. Steve is eager to use his years of leadership and his passion for the arts to serve the PCCS community.
