Biljana Mitrovic joined PCCS in 2023, starting in the After Care program, then working as a part-time Instructional Assistant, and now as a full-time Instructional Assistant. She was drawn to the school’s warm, family-like atmosphere, its small community, and its strong focus on outdoor learning. A mother of four who truly values connection, creativity, and a supportive environment, Biljana has a background in Waldorf education and spent five meaningful years in Spain as an engaged parent, actively participating in school life and supporting children’s growth and learning. She enjoys creative work, cooking, time in nature, and exploring new places with her family. As a trained doula, Biljana is deeply passionate about caring for others and creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
