Josh Pejsach

As a Prairie Crossing Charter School Board of Directors member, Josh Pejsach brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience spanning commercial operations, corporate strategy, and financial management. Josh is currently a Global Director at Abbott, where he has held senior roles across medical devices, diagnostics, and nutrition. He has worked in more than 30 countries, supported business operations in over 100 countries representing more than $5 billion in annual revenue, and directly led international teams of over 60 people. He has also created and hosted international engagements across multiple business units, where he spoke, motivated, and mobilized teams to execute commercial go-to-market strategies. Josh also served as an expatriate in Vietnam, earlier in his career.

In addition to his role at Prairie Crossing, Josh served for nine years on the Village of Gurnee Planning and Zoning Board, is a member of IrishAngels, and remains active in community engagement.

Josh graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his Master of Business Administration, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics International Trade and Finance, from Louisiana State University. He also completed strategy and innovation executive coursework at Harvard University, at Strategic Decisions Group (a consultancy affiliated with Stanford University), and most recently at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
