James Mertz is an experienced Project Manager. He has served in roles across technology, project management, operations and leadership during his 19 years in the Benefits Administration industry. James has led large scale projects on complex, Fortune 100 clients and enjoys developing and coaching strong, effective teams. Currently he is a Senior Account Manager at bswift, responsible for managing the strategic relationship for multiple large market clients. James graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Psychology. He and his wife reside in Grayslake and have three daughters enrolled at PCCS, in grades 3 through 6.
