Matthew (Matt) Earl and his wife, Natalie, live in Gurnee with their daughter, a Prairie Crossing Charter School student. Matt earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Building a career within the healthcare services market, over many years Matt has worked within two of the largest US pharmacy and healthcare organizations, supporting leadership roles within operations, pricing and contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and most recently trade relations. During their free time, the Earls enjoy going on walks with their Golden Retriever, Mackey, attending Purdue football games, and many other extra curricular activities.
