Christine stepped into her role as Capacity Builder in 2018, though her roots in the Prairie Crossing Charter School community stretch back to 2013, when her children began their journey at PCCS. With a background in sales and many rich years as a stay-at-home parent, Christine brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to supporting people and systems in their growth.
As a child, she wandered creeks and woodlands, forming a deep and lasting connection to the Earth—a connection that continues to guide her life and work. Christine believes that each person carries a unique light, and when we align our gifts with purpose, communities flourish. Guided by the quote, “Be kinder to yourself. And then let your kindness flood the world,”. Christine’s favorite childhood book, Where the Sidewalk Ends, still speaks to her soul, reminding her that imagination and wonder are sacred tools for building a more loving world.
Outside of her work, Christine enjoys walking in nature, fiber arts, exploring the metaphysical world, and best of all, spending time with her adult children.
As Capacity Builder, she helps the PCCS community grow its voice, vision, and impact with mindfulness, a little magic, and a steadfast belief in the power of community and positivity.
