Честита Баба Марта !
Baba Marta Day is a Bulgarian holiday centered around the coming of spring. Beginning March 1st you wear a martenitsa, a red and white bracelet. until you see a sign of spring returning. Once you find this sign you hang your martenitsi on a budding branch. This year students will get to celebrate spring by creating their own martenitsa and with the help of Mrs. Flaig and Mrs. Naomi learn what to look for to see spring’s arrival.
