Jeff Waraksa feels privileged to join the PCCS family! He grew up in Southeast Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he received his Bachelor of Music in Music Education. He has taught music in Jackson, MI, then moved to Chicago and taught on the south side of Chicago.
Mr. Waraksa's love of music started in his church choir at the age of 4. He has become proficient in trombone, guitar, piano, percussion, and voice during his musical lifetime. He still sings with the Chicago a cappella group "Deep Dish", and loves to play hockey and golf in his free time. Even though he's grossly outnumbered in Illinois, he is still devoutly faithful to his Detroit, and University of Michigan, sports teams. GO BLUE!
